CogniHub AI offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including AI models, software, UI/UX, and branding, remain our exclusive property. Users retain ownership of input data but grant CogniHub AI a license to process, analyze, and use it for providing Services. Generated outputs are provided 'as is' and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Any documents or information you upload are used solely to provide Services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and access is restricted. While we use industry-standard security, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs generated by AI will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CogniHub AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may terminate your subscription anytime through your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India (with jurisdiction at Noida courts, unless otherwise required by law). Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
